  • I sat in the salon without service for over an hour. I waited for 30 minutes before they pulled me back and then another 30 in the chair without the water on. No one had the decency to tell me how long the wait would be when I walked in nor when I sat in the chair. They barely even said hello. This is my first experience and I'll never be back.
