  • I lived at Parkside Villas for 15 months. If my roommates didn't move out I would still be living there. While there is no perfect apartment I will explain the good, the meh, and why they still deserve five stars. Jamie from the office is the star of the show! She is a pro who knows her business. Eric and Todd from maintenance give 100% every day. They do their best to fix everything in a timely manner. The neighborhood location is great. There is not a lot of noise as most people walk their dogs to the park across the street. They have a small gym, nice pool, jacuzzi, with mini cabanas. The landscape is all natural where most apartment complexes would cover it up with the rock to save money. With rent skyrocketing everywhere in Las Vegas, this place is so reasonable. Your mail is safe. There is a locked door to the mailbox so you never have to worry about mail theft. They have a little computer room in the back for residents to use and print whatever they need. In the front office, they have a nice kitchen and TV room for residents to enjoy. They have a little parties monthly for residents, and car washes. They have armed security after hours with a phone number to call if you have any issues. You actually speak to a person, and don't have to wait until the next day. Nice! Now here is the meh. The appliances are older, but they work. They need more maintenance men as 2 for more than 200 units in a building more than 15 years old is quite a challenge. That's on corporate. The office, and maintenance can only do so much. This was the best apartment that I've ever lived in. I have lived in Vegas my entire 52 years, so I've lived in a few. I went over and above to make sure my place was clean when I left and had no issues with management. I would happily rent there again.
