  • I asked them for something a little sporty and was offered a mustang and assured that it wasn't an upgrade but part of my company's contracted price. Well, I returned it today and found that they added an upgrade fee, which doubled my original quote. The manager is going to 'talk' to the associate before she can do anything. Read your contracts thoroughly before they sneak something in there.
