  • This was the first dispensary I went to & my main pick until recently. They have good weed, and prices are okay. Obviously not your local drug dealer, but it works. They had a pretty cool reward system I liked. You had to spend a lot to get anything, but we smoke a lot so no biggie haha I stopped liking this place because they change up too much. I went in one day & the lady helping me was really nice & told me I had enough points to get a pre rolled for a penny! I was already buying 3 so I didn't need it and asked it I can use it the next time I come in. She said of course! So next time I come in & I try to get my pre rolled for a penny they tell me I can't & they switched the rules & if you don't redeem your points then it goes into the next thing. They could have notified customers when their policy changes. I mean I get a text from them at least once a week advertising new items and deals they have going on, why not text me this? Anyways, didn't let it bother me too bad. What really did it for me was this wasn't their first or last time changing up and then not honoring it. I went in today because the other day when I stopped by another lady told me that if I leave a review then I can get a free or $1 pre rolled next time I came in. Of course I go in today & apparently it's only for medical. It's just annoying because Zen Leaf is literally across from where I live but I always preferred essence because of all the cool perks. But today was definitely my last time there.
