rev:text	Ok it's a year later and I'm still beyond impressed with this property!!! My lease was up two weeks ago and I can't begin to express how awesome Las Vegas grand was and their staff!!! Ashley, Rhonda, and Felicia are in the leading office and they always greet you with a smile and do anything and everything to ensure that you feel at home! The cooking classes, monthly community breakfast, free fitness classes... And they provide the ultimate concierge service! The list just goes on and on! Rex and Isaiah are the maintenance men and they are just the best!! Isaiah is the sweetest guy you'll ever meet and Rex is absolutely the funniest!!! They always leave when I see them on property and always make sure that my apartment is up to par! MOST CRAZIEST EXPERIENCE!!! I had one room in my apartment that I used solely for visitors. My last visitor was my father and he accidentally left my sliding glass door unlocked and slightly cracked and I did not find out until weeks later. Never had anyone break in and never had any issues with security! This property is double gated with security patrolling! It doesn't get any better than this! I've never written reviews this long... So trust me when I say that this spot is #1! Close to the strip, safe, affordable, nice appliances, great staff and is definitely the best apartment complex in Vegas! Come check it out!!!
