  • Purchased a new water heater from them in 2010 with a 6 year warranty for $699.00. It let go last night. They came today to replace defective water heater under warranty. Was told I needed a new expansion tank and pressure regulator as well. Total cost for labor and parts was $605.00. This is your idea of a warranty? Not a happy camper.
