  • This buffet is quite wonderful! We were able to get a 2-for-1 deal so we were quite happy with what we paid for the buffet. The food quality is actually pretty good. The selection is small compared to the famous bigger buffets in Vegas but I think that I would come back to the ARIA versus another buffet because of the quality of the food. The salads were amazing! They had a duck confit salad and a brussel sprout salad that were out of this world! My husband also enjoyed the quinoa salad. The prime rib was also very good! I highly recommend this buffet!
