rev:text	Had a very interesting experience. First the parking, it was not clear where to park. We ended up parking at the restaurant and walking through the entire place before coming to the check in desk for the spa. Then we were walked up the stairs to the changing room, It was a little awkward and not private. I got changed into a robe with some flip flops, my friend also had a robe, not the same style robe or same size (hers was a little small) and she had socks to wear. Her robe was also dirty which freaked both of us out. We then went to the next room which had black leather couches and waited. A woman (i'm assuming the manager), came in to tell me that the whirlpool was taken and we could get into the steam room or sauna right now or wait for the whirlpool. We opted to wait, she said instead she would have us get our massages and facials in a different order. I wish she would have let us wait, as having a nice facial, then getting an oily massage, and finally get in the whirlpool was not the most pleasant experience. My face felt extremely oily and nasty. Because of the order of things I had my bathing suit on the entire time. for every single experience (facial and massage) i had to take off my bathing suit, It was a pain in the butt. On top of it, my masseuse walked in on me while i was naked, probably because he assumed it wouldnt take long to de-robe, not knowing i had to take off my bathing suit as well. It was extremely uncomfortable after that. I will never come back here and will tell everyone i know about my experience. It was completely unprofessional and not at all what i expected for the price.
