  • I have tried this location several times wanting to like it and support it instead of the chain coffee shop across the street. While there is nothing bad about the coffee, food item selection etc. what really has rubbed me the wrong way has every single time been their service. The personnel is rude, at best indifferent, to the customers and they seem that they would prefer to be anywhere else but working there. I am not sure whether it has to do with the management of the employees but this is for sure the fastest way to lose customers! Taste is not the only feature a cafe/restaurant is judged by the customers.
