  • this location is pretty lame. not much customer service here. today i bought their chocolate covered strawberries for mothers day. my wife opened them and they were absolutely gross, old with white fuzz. i admit, i should have looked closer when i bought them, but my 4 year old grabbed them and put them in the cart. when my wife opened them, i called Albertsons, and they advised me to bring the receipt back to "know what i paid". its not like they offer this every day, i paid 12.99 obviously. i told her to just look up my card and bring up a duplicate receipt. answer was, their computers arent that sophisticated. she told me to bring them back, honestly, im not that interested in going back to the store to give them their disgusting strawberries back. not a sorry, no apologies, no manager to get on the phone, no..ill go check the rest of them and make sure they are edible for the rest of the customers. she actually thanked me for calling.
