  • The Cosmo so they say short for Cosmopolitan... Lets see where do I begin... Overall Decor- very modern Service- Poor to Bad Tried to check in early in the am was told that our room wasn't ready and that they would call when available. We just leave the hotel and 1/2 hour later i get a msg that the room is now ready. So i just ignored the msg and then went back when i was done with all my errands. The room- again very modern decor way too much snacks and drinks to offer with a pricey price on each. The glass shower that you can watch and see everything from the bed. What's the reason for that idk. Self Parking lot- I thought was really neat they have an automated number system of how many stalls are available on each level. and they even got a green light over the stall if its open or a red light if its taken. so all you have to do is drive around and look for green lights! Uniform- All employees DO NOT WEAR NAME TAGS!!!!!!!!! So if you have to complaint you better hope they told you their name in their initial conversation with you otherwise you will never get it. Clubs/lounges- very crowded with clubbers on the weekends. Location- Liked that very central to all i guess that's why its part if the city "center". Overall- Very up to date and the new kid on the block! Loved it for the rate i paid...if i had to pay full price sorry wouldn't be here.
