I don't know what's up with all the rumors of "ghetto" and "scary" and "dangerous" that fly around the streets of Las Vegas when it comes to Fremont St, but isn't anything like that at all.
It was awesome seeing all of the old neon lights everywhere, nothing like what you get on the new strip. The overhead screen had an awesome show, and most of the casinos on Fremont have great drink prices. Can't spend TOO much time here, as there isn't loads to do, but it was fun for a bit.
