I work at a well known event company down the street from Battlefield Vegas, and am affiliated with one of the largest DMC's in LV as well. When I went in to Battlefield Vegas to inquire about renting out their venue for a large event, the attendant was very snarky and told me to contact a manager via the internet.
I asked if there was someone I can talk to in the building and he said "no". I find it hard to believe that a place with dozens of high power weapons wouldn't have a manager in the building, but hey... go figure, so I submitted a request by e-mail and after a week I still never heard back from them.
On the other hand, immediately after leaving this place I went to a similar venue. At the other venue the employees treated me like gold and immediately OK'd the request that I submitted. I also followed up with the owner of that company via email, and he replied within a day saying "let's make this happen!"
Maybe for onsies and twozies Battlefiled Vegas might be a good deal, but iunless you want to deal with rude idiots to book a large get together, I'd contact their competitors first.
