As it turns out, the car I just purchased from BMW in Henderson is the fourth car we have purchased from them in 10 years. And each experience was positive.
This latest search for a car started with Curt in the service department. He guided me through a situation that was not going well for me. He put me in touch with Daryl Cox in sales and finance and eventually I worked with Al Smith in internet sales and Mohamed Mboup who helped me when I arrived at the dealership. That's just the sales group. Then I finished up with the finance department.
That's a lot of people to deal with and a potential for feeling like I was being tossed around and my time was being wasted. Instead, this team made it feel like I was dealing with one cohesive sales group who quickly guided me and completed the test drive, sales, and financing smoothly and without wasting any of my time.
