  • We've purchased several trees from Moon Valley. All positive except our last encounter. They planted 3 queen palms, the largest one started to lean after they left. My husband tried to straighten it but the ground was too wet and unstable. He called & was told they would be back on Saturday (the planting was Thursday) to straighten the tree and they never showed up or called. Update: 9/16/14 The General Mgr called today, apologized for our job "slipping through the crack". And they are making it right with us. I added one more star!
