  • DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Absolutely horrible customer service! They advertise that they will fix your phone screen & that it will work as good or better than when you brought it in. Brought my phone in for a cracked screen. Everything worked on the phone except the screen was cracked. Took it in the 1st time & waited 2 hours while they replaced the screen & within a couple of hours the touch screen wouldn't work. Drove all the way back over there & brought it back the next day. Waited another hour & a half (the mgr wouldn't even rush it or make it a priority even though I had just been there the day before & was extremely rude) only to bring it home & the camera wouldn't work! Called & left a message for the manager to call me- he never did. THEN within a couple days after that my phone COMPLETELY QUIT WORKING! BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN! Was told that he couldn't get it fixed within the 20 min before his quitting time. He worked on it for about 45 min and said he couldn't fix it. I asked for a refund. Mgr said no because I hadn't given him the opportunity to fix it & he had a "personal" appt he had to get to that I had made him late for so he "wasn't willing to help me since I had messed his evening up & made him late" WTF - really?!! He finally agreed to put a busted screen back onto my phone & refund me my $107 dollars only he couldn't find me in the computer because the girl that had checked me in had entered my first & last name completely misspelled. While all this is going on another customer comes in to find out what's going on with a watch he had dropped off over 2 weeks ago but hadn't heard anything on. They finally find his info & discover that they didn't enter his phone number correctly & so they couldn't call him. Although his watch wasn't fixed or ready anyways even after being there for 2 weeks. WTF again?? FINALLY got my refund & asked for contact info for the mgr or owner. Sean (the guy that's been helping me - for lack of a better word) for the past 3 times informs me he's the mgr. so I ask for the owner's contact info & he says " the owner doesn't want me giving out his personal information". WTF AGAIN??!! Not asking for his personal address, blood type,or first born child - just wanted to let him know about the horrible experience I just had with his business. Said he'd have him call me. Never heard from him. So over this place. Never going back to this location but they are all franchises so better luck at another Fast Fix!
