  • This review is intended for Vinnie. I was in the mall area this past weekend and just stopped by for pricing on repairing my daughters iPHone glass. Vinnie was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, even through the 100+ degree day he was working within. My coming by was a little late (almost 6pm) and although he was scheduled to leave shortly and close shop, he advised us he would stay a late to complete the screen replacement for me. The booth was busy with multiple people coming by. Vinnie politely answered questions, while still managing to complete the work on my phone to ensure I was not there later than he had originally communicated. I appreciated his professionalism and attitude. Once complete, he made sure I checked the phone to ensure my satisfaction. I was planning to next get a screen protector (Ghost Armor), where VInnie then used some nice upselling skills to convince me that using a tempered glass cover would be the better choice. He explained the differences he has seen between the two products and I ultimately chose to go with his solution and am pleased I did. Great job VInnie. You will get my future business. In my mind, I think VInnie may be under-utilized in his current capacity. If you want great service and a positive person to deal with, I would recommend Vinnie over at Tempe Marketplace!
