  • It's not a state requirement to segregate medical from recreational patrons, yet you do. It made me angry to stand in line over a half an hour, only to wait another twenty minutes because medical patrons just waltz ahead of me because of your policy of segregation. The line of twenty people behind me looked pretty upset as well.
