  • Zero stars. If you are an unfortunate victim of this place, get out of their care immediately. They don't care about you - they care about money. Their providers lie to you about their credentials as well as their policies. They have unsafe practitioners and practices here. All that matters to them is that you represent $$$. Seek care from a reputable establishment instead. And whatever bogus diagnosis you received from them - get a 2nd opinion like I did. When I had a real doctor evaluate me, it's amazing how all of a sudden they had their attorneys sign off and release me from any further mandatory care. PIR should be ashamed of themselves.
