  • Been here several times in the past and always very good, but tonight was disappointing. Got there around 6:30p, waited in line for approximately 40 minutes to be told they ran out of veggie burgers at 7:10 p. Being vegan, my wife and I have limited choices and their veggie burger is one of very few choices we can have and it's excellent. We found a few other items we could have and they were good but not what we really wanted. When I spoke to the manager and asked how they could run out of veggie burgers around 7p, but have plenty of regular beef burgers, his response was something to the affect that it was almost 7:30, getting late, and they had a supply and ran out; As a professional, his response was unprofessional. When I asked if he could compensate us in some way, he stated there was not much he could do. We told him we are vegan, we had limited options and he tried to offer us salmon or a milkshake! Usually I would give the restaurant 4 stars but tonight Customer service was poor.
