  • First and last time coming here...felt so uncomfortable being here...I was asked what I wanted and said mani and pedi...when seated down I told the lady I wanted gel and for a while she kept on asking if I was sure cause it was 40 dollars...if people go and ask for something is because more than likely they have money to afford it...when she was adding coats of bail polish the machine to dry them she misplaced it and burned one of my toes to which I told her she did that and her reply was I know...not even a sorry just ok...and when it came to my manicure I just wanted French tip since I have nails that I let grow...I had clear nail polish she didn't remove right...and before she did my French tip she was like you need to pay before applying...I asked why and she said you have to pay in case nail polish isn't done right...ok if you work in a nail salon you have to be confident of your work...at that point I had it...she was saying shot about me asking for gel nail...two she burnt me and cut my nail wrong...three she made me feel so uncomfortable that I just left...and this just happened today 07/06/15
