Defiantly not the best or ok sushi place in montreal. It's unfortunate for a place like monkland that counts on the locals to keep the business going. They also have great summer activities around. It has changed over the years and not for the better. Fish to rice ratio was poor. The flavor was not even impressive. Just when I though you can't mess up kamikase they did ! (Where is the salmon!) the tempura stuck to ur teeth and well I can't say much about the fish since I couldn't find it ..
the soy sauce was also on the salty side, more than usual..
the service was good and polite..
there is a nice patio, street view ..
Price was ok and fare
Quality was nothing special
I won't come back unless there are some menu or chef change ..
