Very bad experience on Ashley super station location we end up buying a new bedroom set and mattress 10 days after we found the mattress very uncomfortable Tempur -pedic
They ftold me to give it a try and if there is any problem they will work w me spoke w the store manager couple time once again he said I need more time if I still have have problem come and talk to me ,well is now two weeks no be able to get a good night sleep came to the store and talk to him and he told me that he not going to exchange the mattress there is nothing he can Do obviously didn't request money back just a different mattress .now he pull all kind of paper works where it said they will not accept any return on mattress NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING AT THE TIME WE PURCHASE THE MATRESS so I now loosing 4400 $ so this is how Ashley treat a repeating customer so if you buying here think twice and the manager Curtis does a good job by not keeping He's word and lies to the customer
