  • I walk into to the store with my friend who was black (that detail is pertinent to the story). We walk in we didn't look like we were together because were went in different directions, but I was close enough to see and hear her. I was greeted and she wasn't which was offensive to me. So I went over to her and then they came over to to us. She asked to see a bag and instead of just showing her what she wanted the lady mentioned the price that was so disrespectful!!! We were off put by yet response we left her area and told her to leave us alone. We went to the shoe department and there was this last there who was very sweet and helpful and gave us anything we wanted. It was because of her I bought a pair of $700 shoes, my friend bought a $1200 purse, and I gave them three stars. At check out the same lady came back and more polite now we had our money out and saw that we were previous guests. We still mentioned it to the manager and he assured it would be handled. Other than that ignorant lady the experience was decent.
