Good apartment until you move out: It was great when managed by PB Bell. Then in 2015 new management (Westwood) came in it started going downhill. The parking lots and walkways weren't regularly cleaned, leaves weren't blown in the winter time as much. On top of that the office staff was not as friendly as the previous staff, but that isn't the kicker. 6 months later after i had moved out i get a letter in the mail stating I owe $600 + dollars due to the management needing to paint and replace the carpets which were in normal wear and tear condition when i had left as well as replacing the counter tops and who knows what else. Seems like i'm paying for their own benefit in refurbishing the apartment as I left in pretty much the same condition I got it as. Of all the apartments I have lived, which is many I might add, Vista Sureno has been the only one to charge me for anything besides rent.
