| - It's Lush. It's pricey, it's awesome, its unnecessarily necessary.
I had never been to a Lush before I loved to Las Vegas almost two years ago, so I didn't know how exciting hair, skin, and bath products could be until I set foot in this store. It's an explosion of black plastic containers, pretty colors, hefty price tags, and friendly associates. This is my home store. I've been to the Mandalay store once but this one is closest to my house and is my favorite location.
Everyone is super friendly and very helpful. Their associates know what you need if you tell them what your skin or hair issues are. They have a great policy about customer satisfaction. I brought back a product after 8 months(a half used bar of conditioner) with no receipt. They let me get something else with the credit I got back. Great customer service!
If you've never been here, check it out. Their bath bombs are beautiful treat yoself gifts and their products are truly unique. I personally love BIG shampoo(sea salt shampoo, good for getting very clean and bouncy locks. I've used once a week for the last year and a half and I love it! Very cleansing). I also have a fondness for Oatifix mask which is super soothing for irritated skin. It has oats and bananas and it makes my skin so soft and happy. I think their packaging and product presentation is very appealing and I like pretty things, so my heart is here. It IS pricey, like I mentioned before, but it's worth the splurge if you find a product that makes your life better.
