I recently bought a new CRV here but will not be buying from here in the future. I was in email correspondence with an internet representative, Zach R, regarding the price of a 2017 Honda CRV. We had negotiated an out the door price but that I had to come into the dealership that day for the price to be honored. When I came to the dealership, I worked with sales rep who said that the best price their sale manager could do was $400 more than what was agreed upon. Now, they were nice and in retrospect, I should have just walked out, but I was too tired that day to fight. Regardless, my issue is that I felt like I had come in on the pretense of one price, but when it came time to sign, a different price was given. It's dishonest. Don't promise something that you can't meet. Buyers beware that they will not honor prices given over email! False advertising for sure.
