  • First of all, I'm used to getting my haircut done by someone who has a basement set up in her home. But since she doesn't have an assistant, she's super busy and she lives all the way in Mississauga, I was finding it to be a bit of a hassle to get a hold of her and commute. So someone from Bunz recommended Arya at Civello. I haven't gone to a salon for at least seven years, so I didn't know what to expect price and experience-wise. It was amazing. I was offered tea when I came in, the head and shoulder massage was delightful, all the product Arya used smelled awesome and Arya herself was top notch. She was great to talk to, understood my low maintenance hair needs, explained what she was doing throughout the cut and she really pays attention to detail. This was hands down the most relaxing haircut I've ever had, and my hair looks and feels great . The price plus tip was also within my budget. Definitely will be coming back. :)
