  • Dishonest, rude people running the place. I can't say enough bad things about the ethics of these scam artists. Said one thing when I rented the car. Charged another. And another a month later. Plus (and I know this isn't that big of a deal) both times I was at the counter to talk with one person, other employees would interrupt that person at least 5 or 6 times, so there was no way they could possibly focus on our conversation. I own 3 businesses myself and I know how hard it is to please the public, especially in the internet era of instant gratification. I have never written a bad review about a business before on Yelp because I know how hard it can be to please everyone (even avoided trashing a restaurant where I once got food poisoning because I know that "stuff happens"). But these guys are the reason why the public thinks all businesses are dishonest. These are simply scummy people who give honest businesspeople a bad name.
