  • We stayed here a couple months back and I have to tell you... I was a bit surprised at how nice the hotel is inside. The lobby is a little small, but it wasn't originally a hotel, so no big deal. They have a happy hour and give you a couple drink tickets when you check-in. We didn't go to the happy hour, but my brother-in-law said it was crowded. But free drinks nonetheless. The place is beautiful inside and reminded me of an old library. Marble and wood everywhere and the hallways are twice the width of normal hotel hallways. The room was really nice and I thought it was pretty quiet. Now here's my only complaint... you can see they have done a lot to make this place nice, and it really is. So why would they buy the absolute cheapest Scots toilet paper? I've been to Red Roofs that don't do that. Charge an extra $1 and supply the bathrooms with quality TP. Thought that was EXTREMELY lame and low class.
