  • I used to love this place. Theres 2 ladies now that have no idea what any crystal is. My friend asked a question and they didn't even look at it. They were just like "yep that's what it is". Christina made our visit EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. Every time I picked up a ring/crystal she would be right there. I even tested it, walked to the counter and looked at something on there and THERE SHE WAS. "How are we doing?" Asked me 15 times while I was in the store for 10 minutes! This was not customer service! It was annoyance and profiling. I won't be visiting as long as she's there.
