  • Terrible service and experience!!!! This place was the most unprofessional, unkind, and irresponsible eye center I have ever gone to. First, the doctor messed up my perscription; next, the nurse messed up my contact dimensions. Hence I had to use up an extra visit (insurance limits to 2 per yr) on another contact check up elsewhere. Most importantly, when I had a small emergency which only required the doctor to flash a flashlight in my eye to see if some kind of residue is there, they told me to pay for a full office visit. Way to care about the patient, even thought they mssed up previously which required me to pay more than necessary! I kept telling myself not to go there after evey negative experience, but kept returning because of location convenience (very close to my work). I think today topped my chart. I am very disappointed and upset right now. Plus the staff, especially one blond lady who seems to be in charge, is the most rude/bitter person you will ever meet. I always tend to see the glass half full, not empty. In fact, I have never written a negative review about any company/experience. But today, I think I have had enough with this place. (Hope this proves my point). I highly recommed you stay away from this place!
