  • I had an amazing experience with Ken at H&I Home Service! We've had a contract with another HVAC company so when our AC stopped cooling I had them come out to the house. They said that my compressor had failed, and because it was R22 they wouldn't be able to get a replacement compressor "anywhere in the valley". Their solution was an offer to replace my entire outdoor unit at a cost of $3,800. I called Ken and learned that pretty much everything they told me was a lie. He was able to replace the compressor with a brand new R22 Copland Scroll just like the one I had for about $2,000 LESS than the other company!!! Not only did he provide a great value, but he did amazing work! He texted me pictures of everything he did, and was very professional throughout the entire process. I've already recommended him to some friends, and will continue to do so!
