This nail salon USED to be great. Now appointments mean nothing!! Denny would rather take walk-ins instead of taking care of long-term customers that spend a lot of money every month with him. My wife has been a customer for many years. When Lee and Vinny owned the salon, it was great. Lee kept employees for years. The customer service since Denny bought this salon has steadily decreased. Bringing up problems to him results in being blown off with no resolution. Example: My wife waited over 40 minutes past her appointment time on a non-holiday weekday while walk-ins were accommodated. After a 40 min wait, she still was not assigned the reserved person and told Denny she would take anyone. However, walk in customers were accommodated. When she discussed it with Denny, his reply was " I will check the tapes." Employee turnover is frequent. Wake up, Denny! With one more bad experience, we will join the growing list of former customers.
