  • This Ford is full of liars and scams. Do NOT purchase your vehicle from them!! My first experience at this location was average as far as a car buying experience can be. After dealing with an extremely bad salesman at Ford Country I came to Gaudin Ford to try again. This time the sales guy was more helpful and I ended up finding the car that i wanted. Fast forward 4 years and I returned to this location to see if I could trade in my car and get a bigger SUV, hoping that I would have another decent experience with them. My experience literally couldnt have been worse. Long story short, the manager lied to me, the finance guy scammed me into a deal without telling me Id have to pay for it, and they told me the SUV that I would be purchasing had specific features that were never installed to begin with. When I returned to address the issue that 'said feature' wasnt even installed the manager literally told me that he "didnt know how that could have happened" and that he "couldnt do anything about it but i didnt need that feature anyway." To top it off, I filled out their survey leaving a bad review and a finance guy called me asking to talk about it. I left my name and number that they could reach me at and they have never contacted me. Nice way to show that you care about your customers guys! Go spend your money somewhere else, because this place is a joke.
