  • I've tried to do business with this location one time in the distant past and they couldn't help me with my needs and said that I had to go to a "main store" for Verizon. I'd forgotten about that until I recently went back! I am due for an upgrade on my phone and knew what I wanted. I walked in to trade in my iPhone 5C and requested a Samsung Galaxy S4. The man helping me said his name was either Samuel or Solomon (can't recall). He walked in the back to see if they had one in stock and came back and stated that they don't have one in stock ... SO, he checked in the database and told me that there was one at their store at Nellis/Stewart and he's have a runner bring it over for me the next day. He took my name/number and said that he'd call me when it arrived. That was on a Wednesday. Thursday came/went and no call. I did more online research and decided on a Samsung Galaxy S5 after all. So, I went to another Verizon store to get the phone I wanted, and I got one ... no problem. It's been about 1 week now and I still have not gotten a call from this store on Lake Mead. Guess they didn't want my business! I work in customer service, and theirs stinks! Don't waste your time here.
