  • Jayson Hoffer & his entire staff was a breath of fresh air in "customer service" after being ignored by my so called Safeco insurance agent. The greetings over the phone & in his office was genuine & really a pleasure doing business with him. Not only did I get a new policy, I got a lesson on what I should be insured for & why both on our vehicles & house. THANK YOU for outstanding customer service !!!!
