  • I ordered a side of steak skewer, shrimp skewer and a side of rice. The skewers came along with the rest of our orders except for rice. 5 minutes later I asked where my rice is coz I have been nibbling on my skewers. Lady apologized and said it's still being cooked and it should be ready in a few minutes. I got up and said to the cashier to cancel the rice and to just order me a side of the shrimp skewer since I really liked it and will pay for the difference. Cashier said to me that since it's their fault, they won't do a refund on rice but instead to just give me the shrimp skewer without charging me the difference. Because she took ownership of the mistake and a few minutes later, the shrimp came, I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. That cashier has a great attitude. Thank you!
