  • Horrible! Bait and switch and cancellation charge is as much as the rental .. Unlimited mileage was in Priceline .. No fine print that said "unlimited mileage only on Nevada".. My roommate wanted to rent the car to do a weekend trip to California.. Soon as we told the rental agent.. The price suddenly changed.. My roommate paid the cancellation fee (which was as much as the original rental price) (it was about principle not money) and left..we even asked if they would honor the original price since even he couldn't find the fine print to show us and there was no budging..No business sense and do not care about customer or customer service
