  • Right from the beginning with the hotel pick up, the experience was nothing but exceptional. The customer service and the positive vibe was overwhelming. James, our driver and cook was an incredibly kind spirited individual who made sure that our experience was one we would never forget. As soon as we pulled up and got out of the van Vanessa was there with a big smile greeting us with a warm welcome. She made sure that she knew each of our names and that we felt comfortable. Our guide, Cesar who lived on property, walked up, cowboy hat and all, with a big smile. This group of individuals had a way of making you feel very comfortable,, And made sure we knew the rules and were fitted to the right horse. As we started our ride, the horses knew exactly what to do, and we were escorted by the three dogs who live on site. They scouted out any danger and made sure our path was safe. Both Vanessa and Cesar made sure there was conversation on the path and that we were all comfortable. One by one they included each of the guests to ensure the experience was pleasant. The only negative was that the ride was too short. We saw llama, rabbits, birds, and even some bats. As we rounded the corner back to the corral the smell of steak was in the air. James made sure that our steaks were cooked to perfection, and made sure everyone had enough food. It was delicious, much to my surprise. I highly recommend this company as they exude customer service and work very hard to make sure your experience is one you will never forget. Overall, this was much better than I ever anticipated and I'm so happy we chose this tour.
