  • I just moved to Surprise & in search of a new stylist. I read reviews, the good & the bad, & decided I would give it a try. I lucked out with Miss Ciara!! She did a fabulous job!! She was soft spoken, easy going, very sweet. I have super long hair that was done in a good amount of time & came out great! I will definitely go again. The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star was because I was not phoned that my appointment was going to pushed back 45 mins. Good thing I had errands to run! While I was there a woman was complaining about her color. She was pretty rude. I thought the stylist handled it professionally. I watched as the owner stepped in & offered her additional service to "correct" the matter. I'm not sure what the outcome was, but I thought it was addressed properly. Honestly, the lady's hair looked great to me!!! Some people! Lol
