  • This location has a decent selection and generally has what you're looking for (vs. the mooresville location that is much smaller, carries less brands and selection). Rachel that works here is fabulous. She's very knowledgeable, nice, and SUPER patient, I have no idea how she can deal with some of the customers, people have some crazy requests and expectations. I haven't encountered any rude staff at this location. Joining the Sally's club is seriously worth it if you spend more than $20 there in a year. I wish Sally's Corporate allowed the individual stores a little more options with what they can do with damaged products that "aren't returnable". Just because its "not returnable" shouldn't mean that the defective product is totally my problem. Make sure if you're buying a non returnable item to open it up and thoroughly inspect it before checking out, cause they're not kidding.
