  • I thought this place had a "clean" sort of a WOW factor. 4.5 stars. I am a girl who loves her red meat on occasion and the choices here, threw me for a loop, I didn't know which meat to turn to, it was exhilarating. Loved the sustainable concept (where possible, we're talkin about cow here) Meat was AMAZING! Bone in filet, OMG. I have eaten at all the name brand steak places and CUT is light years ahead of those places. The spinach we had was a lil cold, had to mention it... Service was impeccable. Decor was very "cool," some people insist on that rich American woods heavy drapes etc. for steakhouses and this was the opposite. Banana chocolate pie dessert was one of the best desserts I have ever had, truly! Must visit!
