I was over charged at the store got a refund back the amount never showed up on my acct. I called I was told I would have to wait 10 days still nothing. Called again they told me its my banks fault they are holding the funds. Called my bank they said they would not hold funds Ulta never submitted a refund back. Called again just spoke with a manager she tells me she does not know she reads off the transaction to me. Okay why are you reading it to me I know what I bought. She says I'm just saying what I see.. She tells me I will need to call the corp office.. Two weeks later why was this not done and why do I have to call the corp office why cant they do some customer service and call them? After this experience I wont shop at the store any longer I can buy everything I get here at Macys at a discount
