  • called too many times on a new unit installed by Chas Roberts and still under warranty- that quit working. Record breaking heat and poor service with lies to get you off the phone. The last "customer service" person was so rude I was appalled. The tech was quite pleasant, not trying to push me into a contract but I do not recommend this company. They may be the company I need to work with to honor the warranty but I will never, ever call them again.
