  • As this was my first experience working with a body shop, I did my due diligence to find the right body shop to repair and paint my 2001 Ford GT Mustang Convertible. I called a few shops, and asked a number of questions and the only shop that provided the right answers was Don Hill, Manager, at New Look Collision Center. Mr. Hill was my contact at the shop. He was always friendly, professional and kept me updated, with pictures, on the progress and status of the repairs. When I received the call that the repairs were finished and my car was ready to pick up, I couldn't have been more surprised and delighted. When I arrived at New Look Collision Center, I saw my car and it actually looked brand new and I was proud to drive it off the lot and show it off!
