  • So last night I'm sitting in my living room at like 11:30 pm and I can't figure out why I'm so awful hot. Then as I'm walking into the hallway, the AC is running and I realize it's blowing warm air. I don't think that qualifies as an emergency when it's 82 out, so I waited until this morning at 8:45 to call the maintenance line. At 9:10 I got a call from Jeremy at the office to find out if anyone had been by yet! I told him I'd just called, no one was slacking, and he promised to get someone over. Sure enough, 10 minutes later Gary came by and took a look. He said he had to go up on the roof to have a look there. Came back a few minutes later and said "Ok, you're all set." Simple as that. As I've said before, I really appreciate living here. I'm disabled and I know that anything that needs repair will be done quickly and professionally by courteous and capable folks.
