UPDATE: Just FYI fellow diners: I did get an email from a Toro "manager" after complaining to Groupon, and Groupon telling me that a "manager" would be in touch to "make it right." The email consisted of something along the lines of "thank you for contacting us, we will be happy to assist you with your reservation." OMG. In the end, Groupon was gracious and intelligent enough to give us a full credit. Lesson learned, please do not patronize this 'restaurant'.
