  • Have had two really bad experiences. First time was impossible to get sales person to help us because they were gossiping between themselves (no other customer in store). Yesterday wanted to try shoes on 2 year old. They wanted to charge us $10 fitting fee. These were tap shoes, not pointe! Three sales people and we were only customer. Really, you're going to alienate a 2 year old's mother & family who could potentially be good customers for the next 17 years??? Extremely bad customer service.
