  • My kids have begged me for the past couple of years to go to Comicon, so we finally went. I'll admit this isn't exactly my cup of tea but I still had a good time. The people watching alone is worth it, so amazing costumes, but it does bring out some true weirdos as well.. what doesn't these days? We went the day after the dumbass who brought in real weapons got busted so security was tight but honestly was much quicker than I expected. It's a shame but to be honest with so many people in such a confined area I'm surprised they didn't have this type of security before. This show is fairly well flowing considering the sheer amount of people there, it's truly impressive. Overall had a good time. My kids got a few "hard to find" things they wanted and my son got an autograph he wanted. I honestly wouldn't go here for myself but if my kids had fun then it was worth it. I'm sure we'll be going back next year.
